"SCOLA Utilities"

The key concept is 'self-sufficiency'.  There is ample support to for reasonable use (nautically speaking) of electricity and water for up to five (5) people.

SCOLA has the capacity to generate adequate power using the wind-generator and the solar panels.  Although you can connect to shore power or use the diesel engines, these are efficient alternatives to wind and solar power.

Depending on your anchorage, SCOLA is able to make enough fresh water without having to buy fresh water from shore.
